Sympathie, confiance et intention de vote allaient dans le même sens.

La Cour de cassation n’a pas encore tranché cette question de présomption, mais il n’est pas exclu qu’elle considère que le mur Facebook est présumé public. En effet, même si l’utilisateur prend soin d’activer les paramètres de confidentialité mis à sa disposition par Facebook, afin de limiter l’accès à ses propos uniquement à ses « amis proches » qui sont en nombre restreint, rien n’empêche ces derniers de les répercuter à leurs propres « amis ». En d’autres termes, les paramètres de confidentialité permettent difficilement à l’utilisateur de maîtriser l’audience de ses propos.

Officials were able to retrospectively locate park-goers for 12 months using anonymised mobile phone data provided by the network operator EE via a third party.Aggregated age and gender data was also made available during the initiative. If a zone of the park contained more than 50 people at once, it was possible to “drill down” to the aggregated demographic data of visitors to that area too, creating a detailed picture of how different people used the park in previous months .

The bottom line is that for all of the hype about the novelty of today’s virtual reality systems, one has only to look back at VR’s more than 60 year history or the more recent history of 3D television for a brief reality check. While virtual reality and its cousin augmented reality are likely to make inroads in the workplace as enterprise tools, it is highly unlikely that 2016 will be the year that everyone begins living in their own virtual world.
